Project Maheśa (Manuscript Analysis, Historical Editing, and Śaivāgama Advancement) is a historic and sacred initiative of the Saiva Shastra Prachara Sabha.

This is not just preservation — it is revival. For the Śaivāgamas are nothing but the Vidya-deha, the very body of Lord Śiva Himself.

The Śaivāgamas are the spiritual foundation of temple culture, worship practices, ritual traditions, and philosophy.

ālayo deha evokta” — the temple itself is Śiva’s form.
Thus, publishing the Śaivāgamas is equivalent to constructing a grand temple for Lord Śiva.
